30 FIRE DAMPERS


TNC-UK-SVD-TAB01 USER AND BMS INTERFACE WITH TOUCHSCREEN

  • 10.4 inch touch screen with TROXNETCOM user software
  • BMS interface via Ethernet patch lead BACnet IP or Modbus TCP
  • 500 × 500 × 210 mm Enclosure: Sheet steel Door: Sheet steel, all-round foamed-in PU seal
  • Interface to TROXNETCOM AS-i. controllers via an ethernet patch lead.
  • 5 port Ethernet switch


TROXNETCOM AS-I. CONTROLLER TNC-SVC02MBR

  • 1 × TNC-A1412; 1 × TNC-A1258, 1 × TNC-D1030, 1 × Z0094
  • Single AS-i. Master with power supply for up to 30 fire dampers ZA07 control code in a preconfigured switch box
  • Single mains 230VAC connection
  • 1 Fire alarm input, 1 function test input, 1 system healthy output, 1 damper closed output, 1 maintenance run output.
  • Fieldbus cabling up to 100m Maximum. Repeaters are optional
  • Commissioning by TROX Service
  • Optional touch screen with BMS interface. 



60 FIRE DAMPERS

  • Dual AS-i. Master with power supply for up to 60 fire dampers ZA07 control code in a preconfigured switch box
  • Single mains 230VAC connection
  • 1 Fire alarm input, 1 function test input, 1 system healthy output, 1 damper closed output, 1 maintenance run output.
  • Fieldbus cabling up to 100m Maximum for each Fieldbus. Repeaters are optional.
  • Commissioning by TROX Service.
  • Optional touch screen with BMS interface.



AS-I REPEATERS


REPEATERS ARE USED WHEN YOU NEED TO EXTEND THE LENGTH OF THE AS-I FIELDBUS.

  • Each repeater extends network by 100m
  • Maximum of 2 repeaters per ASi segment
  • Maximum ASi segment length = 300m i.e.

Pre-configured AS-i switchbox with an AS-i repeater to create an additional segment and extend the AS-i fieldbus by a further 100m length. Repeaters can be connected in series up to three segments to create a fieldbus that contains 300m of cable.

TROXNETCOM AS-I LARGE MOTORISED FIRE DAMPER SYSTEMS

It is possible to design larger TROXNETCOM AS-i systems where up to 1735 AS-i enabled dampers can be controlled by one system.  By networking multiple TROXNETCOM AS-i preconfigured switch boxes together the system can be built up in a modular fashion.

Where smoke extraction is required in a building TROXNETCOM AS-i can be configured to control smoke control dampers compliant to BS EN 12101-8 which form part of a larger smoke and heat control system as described in BS  ISO 21927-9.
