The 165m tall Broadgate Tower skyscraper is being built in conjunction with it's neighbour - the 63m high 201 Bishopsgate - and the two buildings will be connected by a glass canopy.
When completed, the 35-storey Broadgate Tower will be the seventh highest building in London and the third tallest in the City. Along with the adjoining 201 Bishopsgate, it will contain more than 78,968 sqm.
Within the fan coil system, energy saving was of paramount importance and investigations into power consumption for EC variable speed motors would have to be undertaken.
