TROX ACADEMY HAS NEW TRAINING FORMAT
The new technical meeting format at TROX Academy attracted design engineers with a wide range of experience
Over the past 12 months TROX Academy have had over 700 delegates attend the 1 day training sessions at their technical centre in Thetford, Norfolk. This centre comprises a large training room and a network of 3 laboratories and 3 test cells, with another 3 viewing or demonstration areas.
A significant change was made to the actual training course by introducing the concept of technical meetings which covered a wide range of information from design tips to actual installations.
The topics focused on new developments that had not been formerly released by the company and gave the engineers an insight into many new ideas, particularly carbon saving technologies.
By doing this the programme had a wide appeal from graduate engineer right up to managing partner and the two March dates on 25th and 26th were fully booked, with a waiting list now developing for it’s May dates.
Terry Farthing, Head of TROX Academy, said more dates were being added to the programme to accommodate this surge in demand. By widening the appeal of these technical meetings he was very surprised at the massive demand created by this change.
