TROX UK appoints joint Managing Directors

Reflecting the successful organizational structure deployed at TROX GROUP, TROX UK Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of Joint Managing Directors:

- Mr Neil Addison has been appointed Managing Director (Sales and Technical) with responsibility for strategic sales growth and technical development.

- Mrs Suzanne Archer has been appointed Managing Director (Finance and Operations) with responsibility for central support functions, operations, financial control, infrastructure, and driving efficiency and quality improvement across the business.

Educated at Bristol Business School and Cranfield School of Management, Mr Addison joined TROX UK in 2005 as Sales Manager from Colt Airhandling Limited where he was Business Unit Manager for the successful fancoil business.  In 2007, Mr Addison was promoted to National Sales Manager before his subsequent appointment to the Board as TROX UK's Sales Director in 2014.  

Mrs Archer completed her accountancy training at Accountancy Tutors, London, and undertook leadership and management courses at Cranfield School of Management.  In 2011 Mrs Archer was appointed to the Board as Finance Director at TROX UK from Precision Valve Limited (a subsidiary of Precision Valve Corporation) where, as UK Financial Director, she developed significant experience in commercial and strategic projects in the manufacturing industry.

In their Board level roles as Sales Director and Finance Director, Mr Addison and Mrs Archer have played a major role in strengthening TROX UK's technical and commercial position. The joint role appointment as Managing Directors will allow the business to continue to develop its strong technical and product development capabilities whist ensuring the business reflects the changing needs of the market and customer base.
