The Hypercube is the first building of the Skolkovo innovation centre.  Architects, Bernaskoni, describe the Hypercube building as "the architecture of a new generation, a building that exists not only in the dimension of space, but also in the dimension of time and communication.  The building is programmed to respond to user requests. Flexible façade and interior space can be transformed in time. A concrete exo-frame allows updates to the façade, interior space and can be easily transformed according to the function of the building.  Just like the International Space Station, Hypercube is a physical area of innovation and experimentation in architecture, engineering, art and media".

At 6,000sqm the Hypercube construction is based on the "4E" principals: Energy efficiency, Environmental friendliness, Ergonomics, and cost Effectiveness.

TROX UK and other TROX subsidiaries provided a range of products into the Hypercube project including:
